TE37 Saga SL 10.5 ET 30 Squared

Wondering if the above size will fit on the E90 M3.

Current setup is as follows:

Front
- Apex VS-5RS 18x10 +25 plus a 5mm spacer.
- 265/35/18 AD09 tyres.
- ST XTA Coilovers, -2.5 camber.

Rear
- Apex VS-5RS 18x11 +44 plus a 20mm spacer.
- 295/30/18 AD09 tyres.
- ST XTA Coilovers, -2 camber.

Looking at purchasing TE37 Saga SL, only available in 18x10.5J +30.

Does anyone know if these will fit on the above suspension and camber settings?

Planning on running a 275/35 squared setup.

Any input appreciated.

18x10.5, and 275 square is a really common track setup. Not familiar with the specifics of your coilovers, but I'd be surprised if it didn't fit.

I think as im currently running effective ET20 on the front, I assume i would need a (minimum) 10mm spacer because of the ET30 wheels.

Plus an extra half inch wheel size, im worried it may not fit without fouling either the suspension, arch liner or both.

I think you'll run into issues on the rear (front should be no problem).
I run a 18x11" +44 with a 12mm spacer, also with 295/35R18 as my street/rain setup. I'm at closer to -2.5*. I would have big issues coming out 8mm more and half a degree LESS negative camber. Unless you're at a seriously high ride height, I'd quite confident you will rub pretty bad, or simply hit the fender under compression.

If you step down to a 295/30R18, then you might be able to pull it off with the 20mm spacers. The 295/30 has been done with that effective +24 offset (might still need more camber though). But with the 35 profile, I think the tire will be too tall for the offset.
Or, run more camber.

Hey man. Apologies - edited first post. I am indeed running 295/30 on the rear. (Not 35)

Really? I thought it would be the front that would cause issues.

I would be going from an effective 295/30 ET24 to an 275/35 ET30 but half an inch narrower rim?

Unfortunately TE37 Saga SL are only available in 18 x 10.5J +30 from Rays.

Generally speaking, a wider wheel for the same tire width will perform better on track. Grassroots (I think) has a writeup on this.

i run 18x10.5 ET12 all around.

System Motorsport won't ship to UK, so I'm looking at importing from Japan. And they only have the 10.5 wheel in ET30

they are bmw specialty shop in japan, but they ship to the US/EU/UK.

I personally order my wheels through them to the US, and when I was living in London.

its just et20 with 8mm spacer. i run 285 or 295s depending on my mood... its not for the faint of heart. aggressive track alignment and set up.

and yes ET25 is the better spec over ET30.

I see no problem with the front. What's your concern in terms of fitment? Worst case, you need a slightly bigger spacer if you're not clearing your coilovers.

I've used 10" +25 in the front with 12-15mm spacers and 275/35R18. That's with a bit more camber then you'd run though. So I don't see any issue in the front if you're doing 265's. I'd prefer a 265 on a 10 anyways for both performance and aesthetics.

If you're 30 profile in the back, then that will help a lot with the shorter tire.
