Turner Motorsport Test Pipes - O2 Sensor Fitment Issue

Hi all. I purchased my car (09 E92 DCT) with the Turner Motorsport test pipes pre installed in the car and had no issues with them. I recently got my rod bearings done and had the shop replace my engine mounts with the bimmerworld mounts at the same time. This naturally raised the height of the engine and exhaust a bit since my OEM units were collapsed. When they did this, I started to hear this terrible rattle coming from underneath the car and discovered that the passenger side, post-cat O2 sensor is now jamming up into the body underneath the car and creating this rattle. It is NOT going into a heatshield; the sensor is pushing up into the transmission tunnel rail. Has anyone experienced this sort of fitment issues with the Turner (or other) pipes that has a solution? Would new test pipes be my answer here? I wasn't able to figure out an apparent solution as I can't rotate the test pipe since it's bolted in at the headers. Open to any suggestions here as this noise is just so obnoxious and only happens at certain intervals when driving the car. Thanks!

Evolve test pipes clock the sensor so it is close but still about a cm gap. You could try putting a new crush ring gasket at the collector flange loosen the pipe, clock it so it doesn’t contact the sensor then evenly tighten the crush ring. Do the pipe clamp last.

Did Turner produced them in US or China? I have expierencies with some ebay low quality products, O2 sensors flanges have wrong angle position. No need to accuse chinese manufacturers overally, you can get top, medium or low quality from chinese. But they know how to weld stainless, inox, inconel or titanium.

Sorry, could you explain this a little bit further? Is there a crush washer attached to the flange? I haven't tried to remove the O2 sensor yet but want to make sure I buy the right things if I need to.

I actually don't know - like I said, these were on the car when I purchased them and they only became an issue after they put the new engine mounts in. I do know that they're NLA though.
