Good morning, I have a 2013 E92 Comp M3. About 2 years ago I swapped my stock wheels out with Apex Arc8s. The tire/rim combo was slightly smaller than the stock comps and threw my speedometer off. I messed with my coding values to get it accurate and forgot about it until today when I put the car back to stock. I don’t have the old android phone with the backup (does bimmercode save backups to the cloud?).
Could anyone provide a stock file for me? And how would I go about flashing a stock file to the car? I’ve only ever messed around with bimmercode. |

So when bimmercode asks to make a backup before flashing that’s just their extra precaution? Any more not matter how coded can be restored back to factory without a backed up file?

Sorry missed the Bimmercode part. You'll need NCS expert on a computer.

You'll need to know which module(s) bimmercode made these changes to. I have never used this app before so i'm not sure if it specifically states which module you are currently editing.
If you use NCSExpert on your computer you will be able to restore factory coding values for a specific module based on your VO by having a blank MAN file. Depending on your NCS installation you can also just use the "Factory Coding" profile if you have it, but i'm pretty sure that even in "Expert Mode" the blank MAN file will force it to write default values as well. |
