Help Identifying MPE V1 vs V2

Hello,
I upgraded my exhaust from the system below, which I am considering selling. Can someone tell me whether it is V1 or V2? Cannot get a perfect answer based on existing threads. It's from a 2012 E93 with ~40k miles. Any thoughts too on value in this condition?

Yup, the easiest way to tell is by looking at those little 'nipples" on each of the muffler bodies. V2 will have a hole where a reinforcement tube is welded internally. Your V1 looks to be very clean. I'd say anywhere from $1000-1200, does it include the connecting pipes?

It just includes what is shown. I have it listed now in classifieds, happy to chat more if interested. Thanks!
