Fixing the thread of the intake box bolt

bolt : M5 x 25mm
B-Lok expansion inserts, self locking for M5 bolt

After drilling with 6mm drill bit, then press the inserts in the hole...done

No further explanation is needed. Super easy job

Only issue with these inserts is if a high torque driver is used to tighten the screws. My insets were pulled out after a valve cover job. I ordered inserts that are pushed in from the back. They have a flange to prevent pull through.

Just asked OP for source of the ones posted, but I'm interested in what you're using too. Where did you get yours?
I was thinking of filling the hole with JBWeld and drilling a new hole but these inserts are less fuss

Hahaha, they do look great man! Went simple route replacing with larger screws, which is time to sort again...thanks for the insert hint, will try to remember when at store next time!
