Activated charcoal filter location - fuel ventilation

I need to replace the charcoal filter in my 2011 e90 m3. Can anyone tell where this filter is located?

It is located behind the rear wheel on the driver’s side of the car (LHD). If memory serves, you can access it by removing the wheel liner and the little plastic tray behind the wheel that connects the wheel liner to the rear bumper cover.

Thanks! Just wanted to summarize my issue and solution. I was not able to fill up my gas tank without the gas pump cutting out every few seconds. I replaced the charcoal canister filter and the problem is all gone. I can now fill up normally without any premature stoppage. Thanks.

There was nothing. I looked. Bumper was off for converting the tow hook and crash bar support hardware to titanium.
