For sale is a 94mm overbored S65 block I purchased from Mporium BMW LLC in Texas.

The boring was done by Dinan in Morgan Hill, receipt in pictures.

I was going to build a stroker or keep as an extra block, but I have decided to go another route now.

I do not have the mileage of the block.

Due to the weight of the box, I can only ship to a business.

Dimensions of box are 31x19x17
Weight is 107lb

Not in a hurry to sell. Might keep it if interest is low.

It’s not a kit. It is just a block that was bored. No internals.

Yup

Taking offers also, just taking up garage space now. Decided to stay 4.0 and got M24 plenum and their tune to go with it. Car screams and pulls hard now. No need for stroker anymore.

Haven't dynoed yet, life is getting in the way lol

With Evolve stage 2 tune, the car was suuuper sluggish after plenum install, and would throw codes once in a while.

With tune it woke up and pulls all the way to redline now.

Sooooo, just needs appropriate pistons and rods, and some cams for the top end rite>? or is a custom ground crank also needed?

Its just the block and plate. Needs everything else.

Probably needs crank as well due to the stroke needed to achieve 4.4 to 4.6

Can you only get their tune if you get the plenum? Looked through their website and it doesn’t look like they offer a standalone tune..I’d love to have one, though.

30Gal storage tote and use some foam blocks. the engine block is pretty small.

Oh Wow. Yeah...that's just what I thought. I'd wager a 27 gal tote would work just as well!

Curious...do you know why the block and bedplate were packaged separately in the same tote? I'd figure it would protect the sensitive areas better having them bolted up at least.

I think because that is how it comes back from the machine shop usually.
The engine builder would need to put it together, but doesn't look like it had made it that far yet.
