Anyone for sure measured the OEM hub, suspension arms in the front or even the rear? Mostly after the front to figure out it's wheel frequency.

I’ve run 315 Hoosier A7s in the past, they’re pinched on a 10.5” wheel. They’re ok on 11s, better on 11.5 or 12” wheels.

What kind of slicks? For reference, I have 305 Pirelli DH mounted on 18x10s and the fit fine

I see APEX has square 18x10.5 ET22. They recommend this offset.
Titan 7 has 18x10.5 ET25. A little less pushed out to the fenders.

ET22 vs ET25 - what's the deal? I know fsmtnbiker runs 295/30/18 AR-1 so it should be a tire that fits and doesn't rub. What about the optimal offsets? I want to avoid spacers. I'm running JRZ RS One with hyperco springs, so I should have relatively good clearance with the suspension. I've fit 18x10.5 ET22 square APEX wheels for their forged wheel photoshoot, but it had 275/35/18 R88R tires

It really depends on your suspension and alignment settings but here are my thoughts based on my experience.

10.5 et22 is a great option - however, in some instances it can get tight in the rear with a 295/30/18. et25 makes the rear fit easier but you are almost guaranteed to need a spacer in the front with a 10.5 et25. et22 has the best potential for no need for a spacer both front and rear. The nice thing about et25 is that it will make rear fit no problem and front fit can typically be corrected with a 3mm or 5mm spacer.

All that being said, with my suspension kit (latest Ohlins TTX with piggy back reservoirs in the front), I had some challenges with 10.5 et25. Unfortunately due to the piggy back reservoir, a 5mm spacer was not enough and 10mm was too much on the outside given my camber (-3.2). I had some rubbing on the outside with a 10mm spacer. I only mention this because every situation is unique and what works for one car may not work for another.

The AR1 is an interesting tire. The tread is narrower than a Cup2 but it has a rim protector that protrudes. Narrow tread width will make fitment to the fender easier than other options. However the rim protector will make inner clearance to the strut a little more difficult.

Thank you slicer, it sounds like 18x10.5 ET22 is what I should go for. At the very least, if 295/30/18 AR-1 don't work, I can use the wheels for other things. Definitely don't want to have to deal with spacers.

I guess it'll have to be a gamble. I'm on JRZ RS One and short Hyperco springs. Helper springs up front and Ground Control rear weight jacks in the back. -3.5 front camber and -2.0 rear camber hm

You are welcome! 10.5 et22 should work in the front with that setup. Rear is a high likelihood of success as well.

Are your shorter springs up front enabling the perch to sit above the tire? I switched my front to a shorter spring for this exact reason- to run wider tires

Yes. I am using a 140mm spring. You may recall that I suggested that you change your spring for tire fit.

My fitment has nothing to do with my springs. It's rim contact with the piggy back reservoir collar. The collar is unique to the new TTX kit and can't be relocated. I previously had a remote reservoir which didn't have this design. I'll post pics.

When removing the rear seatbelts (e92) do you have to take out the rear shelf first? Can't figure out what's jamming me up. There is an 8mm bolt in there, but other than that, it looks like it just slips out.
