There is three valves in three different hoses.. all has been changed and i changed the other three which has no valve as well.

Yeah, it looks good. I have a billet aluminum one from All German Auto. Doesn't seem to help at all.

I actually have a Turner underdrive pulley that I am planning to pull. No longer a fan of under driving the water cooler and figure it might help trouble shooting my PS fluid issues.
