Fault Codes After a Road Trip

So, before the trip I had my bank 1 actuator replaced. Before it's replacement I had an electronic wine* from applying the throttle in 3rd-6th gear at around 2.5k-3.5k rpm. Still existed after getting the actuator replaced. The road trip was about 1800 or so miles and was at multiple elevations. From Los angeles (0), up until like 8,000. Also, on code starts at low rpm, the car will suddenly shake a lot at low RPM.
