Have you spoken to Robert yet? Assuming that your going for the Time Trials they want to make sure that you have had at least 8 track days in the last 12 months and your approx times so that they can place you in the right run group. They will also set you up with a check ride for a few laps just to make sure that you are safe & smart. Everyone has a transponder and they constantly monitor the times. If your faster than everyone else they will move you up to the next group.

It's worth it. After your first event you will get your Zone 8 Solo TT permit and you will be good to go. Future events will be a cake since they will have an electronic record of you and you will be insta-confirmed going forward. Sure it's a little pain in the beginning but it pays off real quick.

Definitely one of my favorite groups to run with and I have tried many of them.

going to brp open test on the 24th and then autoclub speedway (closest and fastest) on nov 8th with speed ventures. i tried signing up with pca before and was on a waiting list too. too much hassle and usctrojan just said that it is pretty strict which i dont like - following the rules i 100% agree with.

following the rules but having sideways fun in a controlled manner and getting black flagged? nah.

i want to try a district event though. lots of seat time in one event.
