KW sleeve over vs aggressive lowering springs

So I bought my car with the KW sleeve over already installed... I have read that the drop is not very aggressive on these springs. Im wondering if anyone knows if these springs are set to there lowest setting, are they lower then most eibach and H&R more aggressive sets. I am shopping for wheels and want to go to an aggressive offset AND wider wheels but am happy with the setting on the springs and want to maintain the same drop.... anyone have any advice. I am seeing photos with H&R and eibach with aftermarket wheels and just want to know are these cars lower then mine and would I be able to go with the same wheel setup with out any rubbing.

You are lower than Eibach and H&R springs. All you have to do is lift your car to view the threaded spring perches to determine whether the ride height is at it's lowest setting. The KW's are adjustable. Nobody can definitively tell you whether aggressive wheels / tires will fit if they don't know the sizes and offsets you are considering. It will also be dependent on your camber settings. I will say that many people run aftermarket wheels and tires on cars lowered to your height. Whether or not they are "aggressive" depends on your definition of the word.

Don't swap your sleeve kit for a set of springs. The drop is more aggressive than most springs and is adjustable. Take your wheels off and look at the perches(as stated above) and you may even be able to go lower if that is what you are looking for.

What size wheels are you planning for?

I am looking at linea corsa lc818 with 19x11rear option. I guess I can always adjust back up if it rubs.. The front is easy, but the rear I hear is a harder due to having to unbolt some stuff

Skip the cheap reps and keep your OEM wheels... I would only replace the wheels if they are equal to or better quality than stock.

What would be considered equal or better? I take it no avant garde, linea corsa, or miro wheels? Hre, dpe, arkym, and bbs are super expensive.. I'm might have to go with stock 19s then

i had rdsports springs (to Harsh) then H&R springs (to floaty) and now kw sleeve the ride is alot better and its adjustable to sit lower then every spring set on the market.

I am not a fan of avant garde, linea corsa, racing hart, miro wheels, etc.

I would look at Volk, Advan, HRE, BBS, DPE, etc.. Sometimes you will have to pay to play.

Also consider the cast vs forged wheel. Do not go with OEM 19s. Those look horrible IMO. I would stay 18 inch. Looks much cleaner.

The Eibachs are just temporary until i can buy coils/plates for $4k. I figure ill ride out the stock shocks till i can afford to track and buy "proper" suspension. I could have gone with ZCP springs but if I'm going to go thru the hassle of changing springs, I may as well go a little bit lower than just ZCP. Not dumping her on H&R race or anything

but i think the stock suspension is pretty good as it is already.....

its dope. Just on stilts. nawwwmean.

Bilstein PSS and rear control arms with shock mounts cost me about $1k and i installed myself cuz i had my brothers help and a garage. Now that i live in an apt ill have to probably pay $600 for install unless i find some friends in miami to help. Mechanically inclined ones. SO, springs installed for $500 to cure wheel gap a little and $4k plus when the shocks get lame around 40-50k miles is my compromise. Its a DD. Thanks for the advice tho, I agree, slamming an m3 on springs is silly. It gets it looking good tho so to each their own i suppose

im thinking of doing the same switch or just going with full coils

does the kw handle noticebly better compared to the rd?
