Power steering hose routing

Is this routing correct? This is obviously from underneath and on the driver side. Should the two power steering hoses straddle the larger hose or both be on the same side of it (inside of it). The dealer did my power steering pump in April and replaced one bad hose and the same hose is rubbing the alt pulley this time. I think it was not routed properly. None of the hoses were in their special clips. They were just stuffed up out of the way. If left alone, this hose would have rubbed through. I found it while messing with brake ducting. There was a series of gaffs with this job that I will address with dealer Tuesday, but for now I just want to know if this is correct or not.

the routing is incorrect. I happen to have a picture of mine (note I unclipped the fan already but you can tell the routing). Hope this help.

Long shot asking 5 years later.... But does anyone have a photo of the other side?
My power steering hose seems kinked as it goes upwards.
