Widest tires under stock body???
For an E92 M3 coupe, what is the widest rim-tire combo you can run without flaring the fenders or rubbing......
I saw a pic of an M3 with custom 20" rims and 315 wide rear tires that looked SWEET..... Since the car comes with 245 front tires on 8.5" rims with only 29mm offset (not much) I'm thinking that a 9.5" higher offset front rim should work...which would allow up to a 275-285 front tire..... An 11" rear rim with 315 rears would be great too....has anyone tried it? I keep thinking a 275-285 front with a 295-315 rear tire would really imporve the handling (not that its bad now)

I have a set of 9.5" rims for the front but I am still wating for my car to verify fitment (status 112). You are only about 1hr away if you wanted to do a test fit.

It sounds like my M3 will be about a month ahead of yours..... I'll need to put some miles on it anyway...so trying a test fit will be easy...keep in touch, I hope to have mine around mid June!
