Questions from a Newbie - M Mode issues

I just picked up a 2023 M8 convertible and noticed the following issues with the idrive. I suspect the car was coded by the prior owner as the ASS is permanently off.

Here are the issues I'm seeing:
1. I cannot get the tachometer to display in the head-up. Even when I check 'M view" still no tach.

2. I cannot change the instrument panel to display the Sport view. Even when I select "sport" or Track", it always goes right back to "Road" display

3. When pressing the "M Mode" button in the gear shift area, it won't allow me to toggle to "Road" mode. It defaults to sport but doesn't allow me to ever select "Road" mode.

Anyone know what's going on? Do I need to have the software completely re-flashed?

Since you are still under factory warranty I would take it to a BMW dealer and have them fix it for you.
