Anyone know where this wire belongs??

Without you providing any real vehicle identification, I may suggest that it's for the TPMS receiver that mounts inside the front fender liner.

For my M3 the tpms receiver is behind the passenger side rear wheel liner.

Its different for pre or post LCI cars. Pre LCI have receivers ateach corner. Post have one up front, one out back.
