Thanks man. TBH im not sure lol. Car came with it and looked decent so I never looked into it. But I found something similar:

Looks very similar to the Arkym style diffuser that's on my M3

Likely a tuft fracture too, maybe consider a plain film x-ray. Nailbed took a hit too but didn't look lacerated. Nice stitches, you left handed? Lol
