Definitely agreed, orange peel is unreal in the new BMW's. Environmental concerns, or so i've read.
For your basic cars, I'd say Lexus has hands down the best finishes as well as colors.
Exotics, that's a totally different story. Every exotic that has come through my shop has amazing paint quality.
