If it is happening when warm you are probably VERY low on fluid. These transmissions are notorious for weeping. Do a search for mechatronics o-ring. Whoever does the next service on the transmission MUST NOT just check the fluid level when it is cold. There is a very specific temperature range they must check the fluid level at to ensure it is filled to the proper level. Checking it cold and topping it off will leave it under filled by almost a liter.
