I would take it a step further and send a letter to BMW North America and explain your situation. Ask them the question "Is that the way you want a dealership representing your products". Send the letter overnight ( requires signature ) to their legal department. I can promise you that you will in fact get a response. You may not get the car but I can promise you that the GM of that dealership will at the very least get a phone call.
