Effective 2009 AZ has a new
law that the word ARIZONA that is printed at the top center of the license plate
MUST be visible or you get a ticket (yeah, can you believe it?). As you might guess, most AZ dealer's plate brackets cover that top part of a license plate, hence they violate the new
law.
The Honolulu BMW plate holder was an exception, so I'm using it. I own a condo at Ko Olina and picked up the bracket during my last on-island visit
