yes, and yes. My car is full options/weight with DCT and I typically run 4x30min sessions per day, unless I get a late start in which case I may run only 3 sessions.
As a point of reference, I typically get 5 days out of a set of NT01's (275 square) with the rears incurring more wear then the fronts.
