Realistic physics and driving vs realistic graphics. GT5 looks a million times better, yes, but Forza is still more realistic in driving. Go play it and look at the telemetry and changes you can do to the car and how it affects it. And most importantly, go run into a wall. They said they were adding damage in GT5, did they? Even if they did, I'd be surprised if it were as complex as in Forza 2.
