I'm about to do the same actually and trying to consider a few places.
The person that rebuilt my E46 M3 injectors doesn't seem to be around anymore.
I was going to contact a local Authorized Bosch Fuel Injector rebuilder. They did a set of S62B50 injectors for me with great results. The service include full rebuild and cleaning; ultrasonic cleaning, new o-rings, flow bench testing before/after.
