Nope, not tourbillon. doesn't surprise me that it's hard to tell apart, the only difference is that in one, the escapement and balance wheel is mounted in a cage that rotates (unless it's a flying troubillon, but still similar, just one sided) essentially, you're looking at exactly the same thing.
I've seen different websites list the tourbillons and non tourbillons incorrectly
but the Zenith tourbillon in the el primero is actually one of the more affordable ones at around $35,000
(beyond what I'm willing to pay, I'm was happy with a 600$ chinese one) it's nice looking.
It's nice, but it's not to die for.
^^^that one could be a concept or a different one then I'm thinking for the 35k one, but it gives you an idea either way.
