Thanks for posting up your thread size and colors. This thread size is smaller than the stock thread. I was initially wishing I used thicker thread to match the stock thread size, but this is good in its own way. So I'm just gonna stick with it. I did the e-brake boot first. It took me about 6 hours, which included time to figure out the best techniques. The shift boot took me about 3 hours. It was VERY tedious. So I definitely don't want to re-do anything anytime soon.
Here's my finished product. All I have is my crappy camera phone, so it's really hard to take low light long exposure pictures that illustrate how the stitch looks.
