Well I can't say if it's SA's fault as SA is not the person who does maintenance, nor would I ever know who has driven my car out, however if this kind of thing happens a lot (which I believe) IT IS BMW Fremont's responsibility to regulate its employees at the end of the day. AutoNation is the largest car retailer in this country they should have known it. This is becoming a management topic LOL
