Those 2 drivers definitely deserved it; probably racing through traffic. I regularly speed in California, doing about 10-15 over on the freeways--unless there is a rookie CHP officer really being uptight about it, you're usually good. They like to get the asshole drivers weaving in and out of traffic and stuff like that.
