It's really not a bad DIY at all. If you know how to take the intake plenum off, you are more than half way there.
Don't let these guys that go to dealerships for warranty and come back with a $2k bill throw you off. The part is $800 and this can be done in under half a day if you follow my instructions.
Let me know if you end up doing it yourself and need help!

Right at 60k. These things kind of happen randomly though, seen failures at lower mileage.
