$30k for an E90 with 69k miles, no CF roof, and 1 accident on record is an extremely tough sell.
If it was an E92 with the rod bearings replaced, no accidents, and CF roof with the same 69k miles I can MAYBE see this selling for $30k.
I think a fair private party price on this vehicle is about $27k. Dealer trade in and Manheim Auction MMR average for this car is $24,800. If you can't accept $27k for this car, then I suggest you keep it.
