Thanks for the offer guys. I decided to opt out of the headlight washers, since I didn't need them in my climate, and I felt that aesthetically the washerless bumpers looked better. I'd like to get a bumper without the holes, otherwise I'd just end up having to patch up a hole, which doesn't leave me in a situation much different than my current.
