Look up the invoice pricing guides here on the boards and add up all the options on the car. Then you'll see how low they can go.
"Sorry, that's the lowest I can go" is the oldest line. If they don't give you the car at or close to invoice, walk. Most of us are getting 2011's at or $500 over invoice. Don't get suckered on an older car.
