Can local cops give you ticket on highway?
I just got a ticket for "unsafe lane change" by a local cop on I-215 in California. I almost ran into him by not seeing him in my blind spot. There was a sunset and the sun light was right in my eyes. I did check the blind spot before the land change, but I guess the sun light blinded me there.
Do local cops have the jurisdiction on California highway?
I've never seen anyone getting a "unsafe lane change ticket". Is this ticket expensive? Has anyone got this ticket before?
