Definitely not. In an M3 or similar, it's easy to get caught up in the moment and before you know it, your at deadly speeds. In the hands of a teen, that's asking for trouble.

Beyond the safety issue, there's other issues like the fact that handing a $70k car to a teen is just plain spoiling them to the point where's it's almost obscene.
