A trick to help with front spacer vibration issues:
-lower the car just enough that the tire is in contact with the ground (don't go any further)
-torque the bolts down to spec
-lower the car fully and remove jack
Basically, you want to torque them down fully before the weight of the car causes the wheel to move against the spacer. Even better when done with the car in the air (hoist or 2nd person holding the brakes).
