Like most M cars that are low miles, they can fetch a large premium. Most e39's have over 100k miles so you can pick them up for $20-$30k. I bought a mint condition one from EAG which of course is more money because of the miles and the condition they deliver their cars. They just sold one with 8800 miles for $100k.
