When you say to disconnect the MOST line at the headunit, does that mean plugging in the quadlock without the orange cable installed into the connector and seeing if there is a red light signal?

Just checking, do you have a factory cd changer installed as standard? If so have you disconnected and looped the fibre with the supplied most loop cable. Prob not this issue but worth asking.
