Just installed 12mm spacers up front and 10mm in the back. Looks perfect in my opinion, not sure how people are running 18mm up front and 15mm in the back. I think you could maybe run 15mm in the front and 10mm in the rear but anything more will appear to stick out further then the fender flats, at least on my car anyways.
