Absolutely not. Not a chance.
Put the same driver in both cars and the GT3 will always be faster than the M3. Way faster.
The 997 GT3 is almost 800 lbs lighter, more powerful, far superior brakes, has actual aero, bigger, better tires...the list goes on.
