I sent mine to a guy on the forum that updates the firmware and activated nav. Then sends it back to you coded to your VIN.
You also need the power connector for the cic screen which you will use to repin the existing wires.

So I've been doing research all day and right now I'm in the "I don't know if my firmware is updated and won't know until I install" phase haha do you happen to remember who did it for you and how much it was? That would be a HUGE help!
