What kind of fluid did you go with? Did you change all the brake lines including the rear inners? Heat them up and wait till that fluid expands and they get super touchy.. make sure you follow the stop tech bed in process which isn't convenient but important for brake performance. You could pick up a laser temp gun and just check temperatures on all four corners and compare them side to side. I never noticed a further pedal travel when I did mine but there very well could of been.
