Either way is fine, it's just that the 380 rear may be a bit overkill and would just be an extra outlay without the added utility. I run 384/370 on my Alcons and have replaced my front rotors twice and countless pad changes, but my rears are still on original rotors and go through about 4 sets of front pads before I go through the rears. Get the 380 if you'd like, just realize the upside is mostly form not function as this is a front brake eating car.
