Not to be a downer but - hard to imagine you haven't provided a Blackstone report. I'd be interested in the car knowing I'd take a $3000 hit replacing the rod bearings - but the car has no value to me if the crank is toast.
FYI - I just test drove an M3 with mileage in the 60k range with bearings already replaced as recommended by the owners indy shop - and that was a one owner un-abused car.
