I just picked up a 2012 M3 E92 DCT ZCP in Galaxy Gray. Love it so far!
Of course, the mod bug has hit me hard, so I ordered an exhaust. So far I got this Megan Racing Axle back:

So my question is... since it's an axle back, can I go with any intermediate pipes (or xpipes) as long as they bolt in the stock location?
For test pipes, can I just replace the primary cats with test pipes, but keep secondary? Or do people realize the most gains with both removed? I have kids, and don't want them smelling nasty exhaust fumes.
I couldn't find anyone who makes test pipes with high flow cats... does anyone know of these, and know how they dyno compared to a test pipe?
