I just found out I tore my bicep tendon out and will need surgery.
I can meet up this weekend but will be out for a while after that.. Way too short of a notice I know, wasn't what I was going for... But I should be ok for a canyon run in about a month. Sorry everyone.
I say go it for and and post some pics for me. It really is an amazing run!!
