Historically I've read mixed reviews of functionality working/not working when using multiple emulators with the plug and play quad lock harnesses.
This is one of the reasons why I opted for the $300 kit. The can bus signal was tapped from the 4 pin connector from the idrive controller.
Haven't had any issues so far with my kit
