I would get an estimate from a wheel repair shop. For $100, I would fix it. The bends do not look like they disturbed paint and are on the inside. For $250, I would buy another wheel. Maybe buy two, so you have a spare while one gets fixed. If you have odd wheels, or special finish wheels, that is the most convenient way to go.
