Just did an oil change using the Rowe kit to replace Liqui Moly that had 4k miles on it and I don't think it's noticeably quieter than Liqui Moly. You can't really measure it so it could be all in my head, but it feels like the engine is running more smoothly at low to medium speeds as it's warming up. I have a track day coming up in a month so I'll see how it behaves under load, but I'm not expecting it to be any better or worse than the popular alternatives at this point.
The Shell and Castrol oils were quieter for me.
