Hey, guys! I'm trying to get into an E92 M3, but found this "deal" on an E90. It's from the states, so I wanted to get some opinions. Would you consider this a good deal or does it seem sketchy? I've been keeping an eye on this one for months now and they've lowered their price to the point where I can't ignore it even if it's an E90.

I originally saw their ad on Auto Trader and have been keeping watch of it ever since. Apparently it has no accident records and it comes with a 1 year powertrain warranty? I'm from Alberta, so I'd have to make arrangements to go pick it up or get it shipped. What do you all think? It's pretty low mileage. Any advice and words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
