I can see possibly changing fluid, pads, and maybe lines. But other than that, the rotors seem fine as do the calipers. I think it's the cooling that causes fade on the M. The cooling system IMO is the weakest design. Changing to larger calipers with more pistons, different rotors, etc., I doubt will do much to improve things.
Most times, warped rotors are a result of bad braking habits - not the rotors themselves...
